Ady Kayrouz is the HTH Graduate School of Education Program Coordinator, for the GSE M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning, and New School Creation programs. Previously, she was Dean of Students at High Tech High Media Arts where she focused on creating human centric programs and designing systems to cultivate a culture of equity, inclusion, multiculturalism and access. Prior, Ady was the GSE Professional Development Coordinator, where she designed adult learning residencies, facilitated workshops and led trainings for thousands of educators from across the world. Ady first came to HTH as a Humanities teacher after having worked as an educator, administrator, designer and consultant with school districts in California and Rhode Island. Ady obtained her BA in English and MA in Literature and she speaks English, French, Arabic and Spanish.
